Medication

For those students who require medications during the school day, a doctor's permission slip to administer the medication must be filed in the nurse's office. This includes all non-prescription drugs. Instructions on dispensing the medicine are to be given to the school secretary. It is the parent's responsibility to be certain the supply is available and that the child is aware of when he/she should receive medication.
